Banquet Room Rental:  (Includes the hall, tables, chairs, restrooms, fireplace, and sound-system)

$5 per person (Pinecrest Non-Member Price)

$3 per person (Pinecrest Member Price)**

$150.00 for parties of 30 or less (applies to both Members and Non-Members)

Getting Married at Pinecrest:

$200 additional fee for Non-members. 

$100 additional fee for Members**.

  • The same price applies to getting married inside, outside, or on the porch.
  • Bridal Party provides its own alter and the set-up and tear-down.
  • Bridal Party to set-up and tear down folding chairs.
  • Pinecrest will supply the folding chairs, but Bridal Party may supply their own.
  • Limited to 60 chairs.

Miscellaneous Information and Pricing:

  • Multiple Day Use for weddings at no additional charge. For example:  Rehearsal dinner on Friday (when available) and the Wedding on Saturday.  Or, Friday evening set-up (when available) and Saturday Wedding.
  • No charge for use of the Banquet Room for Golf Outings of 48 golfers or more.
  • Golf outings smaller than 48 golfers will be charged a $100 Banquet Room rental.
  • A Non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the rental is due at signing. The balance will be due no later than 14 days prior to the event. 
  • Add-Ons of Pinecrest supplied dinner plates, salad plates, bread plates, coffee cups w/saucers and glassware is an additional $2.00 per person. Catering by Paulette also offers dinnerware packages.
  • Add-On of white Chair Covers is an additional $1.00 per person.
  • A 10% discount is given if bride and/or the groom is Active United States Military.
  • A 3% fee is added to all credit card payments.

**The Pinecrest Country Club Member must be involved as a principal with the event.
